"tv never had signal so we could not watch anything. Thankfully we had ipad Stayed on 2nd floor and kids ran up and down hallways well into the night keeping noise!!!!"

"The Hyatt Place was a wonderful hotel! We loved the spacious room, delicious breakfast, and had no trouble finding parking. Zoe, at the front desk, was especially friendly, helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. We will definately be back! Thank you!"

"The room had a smell of mildew coming from the bathroom. There was a nice size whole in the wall, and the shower curtain was not clean. The sink in the bathroom was chip in several places. That room need to be remodel and there is water from the ice machine on the floor which can cause a bad accident. The pool is not open, and it look a mess in the back where the pool is. The towels in the room some was not clean. The staff was polite"

"Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly but seemed limited and unsure when an issue arose with a charge to my room. Apparently staff that checked me in did not do something correctly, resulting in charges to my room. The manager did get it resolved when I checked out."

"The room was clean. Staff was polite and attentive to my needs. The breakfast time should be extended to 10am. Parking was fine . Overall pleasant stay"

"The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance."

"We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

"Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Chairs in breakfast area need to be replaced. When you sit down you just keep going lower. This is not only unexpected but also makes it more difficult to stand back up for anyone with mobility issues. We also got locked out of our room after already leaving stuff inside. They needed to call in maintenance to repair lock. On duty staff were very supportive, but I expected to hear something from the hotel manager the following day...
