The hotel is under some construction which was not mentioned by the hotel or listing. Parking was a bit limited and not close to any door. The staff was nice and breakfast was good. The room was clean.

Breakfast was great. Conviently located off interstate and near restraunts and shopping. In process of refurb so slightly bizarre to see things being extracted stacked near the entrance of the hotel and the pool/hot tub area not in service. Inside elevators need cleaning attention. It is one of the first impressions to guests and it had opportunity.

The hotel is under renovation so everything was a disaster. The pool is filled with furniture and so no useful. The only good thing was that they owned another property down the road and transferred me there. But the staff there were snickering all the time and not to be trusted. Only good part is I saw my kids.

Lots of construction, interfered with parking and debris getting thrown on or near cars. KEEP OUT tape throughout hotel. Pool closed. Nice staff but issues not in their control.

I'm mostly dissatisfied because I paid a higher rate to book a hotel that had a pool. There are other places I could have stayed and saved $60. It is not like something happened that had the pool not be available that day. the pool area is literally filled with boxes, it looks like it is being used as a storage room. We were in room 318 which had paint on the door frame, poorly done patchwork on the walls in the bathroom and a lot of bugs. For a $175 hotel room in Jamestown ND, this deserves a low rating. I don't blame the people who work there, not their fault, this is upper management and ownership issues.

I was concerned with evidence of ongoing construction, I should not have been! The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were great, and the breakfast was far beyond what is usually expected with a free breakfast. It was an excellent value and nice surprise all around. Highly recommend!!

Tv didn’t work. Satellite connection for Dish TV required a two day wait for repair guy. Phone message light was constantly on with no messages. Swimming pool was closed for construction.

They are remodeling at the time and brought a stand into our room while we were gone. The workers let room smelling of cigarette smoke horribly.

Pool and hot tub were out of service and not mentioned on the website as being out of service. It was under construction, but not indicated on the website that it was under construction. There was debris in the hallway that was not picked up overnight. The breakfast was great.
