"The reason why I don’t like the way they treat me and the room I reserved it was completely different than the pictures.also when I open the door smells full of smoke cigarettes and had kids to . I couldn’t even breathe . I was asking the manager to switch to my room and she said no you guys can leave with no respect and .after 15-20 minutes argument that she switch us another hotel next building ."
