The room appeared very tidy and looked recently renovated. The staff was impeccable! Extremely friendly and happy to help or answer questions. The shower wouldn't work correctly but took some finesse to turn on and off. The people on the floor above us sounded like they were playing hockey all night - every night until 5:30 AM.
I would stay here again, but ask for the top floor.
One of my favorite spots to stay when we visit Williamsburg. Rooms are always clean, having a fridge and microwave makes it easy to bring food with you so you’re not always eating out. Less than 5 minutes from the Colonial Williamsburg Vistor center. So much to do within 15 to 20 minutes from the Inn. Front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly.
I spent nineteen hundred dollars at this location and to be treated like trash and racially discriminated against and to be called dirty because your traveling with dogs at a pet friendly establishment is insane they don’t offer breakfast and they force house keeping in your room every 2 days I’m traveling with a infant and a disabled senior citizen which they didn’t have any consideration for when there using all of harsh chemicals around and then the luggage closet fell off the wall the house keeper said the room was dirty and had a smell to it but if was the case why would she ask for something to drink and eat from us it makes no sense then they put us out on Friday without a reason after I paid so when I contacted Expedia and explained what was going on they canceled the reservations and didn’t offer any solution they told me it’s going to take 7 to 10 business days to be refund for the one night night stay when I asked for some one higher they disconnect the call I think it’s ridiculous how people are allowed to be treated and I’m contacting the bbb and filing a complaint with them as well as going to the News
Our 1st room had a dirty toilet and hair all over the tub so they gave us a new room. There was hair on the bedding. I complained so they gave me clean sheets that I had to put on. The floor was sticky and stained my socks. The towels were stained and the toilet rocked every time we sat on. The house keeper only came if asked. I asked for clean towels and was told to bring my wet dirty towels to the front desk first. The shower curtain had what looked like a blood stain on it. The bottom of the bathroom door looked like a dog had chewed and scratched on it. The soap hand soap dispenser fell off the wall every time we used.On our last night the room smelled like sewer. I highly recommend you stay far far away from this hotel.
