"The staff are phenomenal. They truly made us feel like we were at home, and helped us with whatever we needed (taxis, beach towels, etc). The property was also very clean and conveniently located. Unfortunately, however, there were two big downsides for us: the rooms are incredibly small + the area is VERY noisy at night. When we first walked into the hotel room, we noticed there were complimentary ear plugs - I thought that was a nice touch, but the reality is they’re a necessity. You will...

"The property can be qualified at most as an 1 star facility , maybe 2 because the bathrooms are clean and significantly run down . For example the rooms have no fridge , no ice machine in the hallways ( that smell strongly like cigarettes smoke ) , the head of the bed has the plug in the place where you will try to lay back and the light gets on and off depending how you lay . The staff is so poorly educated about the way they should do their job ."
