"The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. "

"Only book the renovated rooms as the old ones are unliveable - no hot water and and aircon system from 1963. The new rooms are fine, just ok. Breakfast is poor. Note to management: sort out hot water in your renovated rooms so it’s consistent and dramatically improve breakfast to a level you’d eat yourself and you will make more money. Lovely staff, decrepit property. "

"Will NOT recommend this Horrible place to anyone. The roads leading to the property was flooded. The property had a stench of foul fish smell, The dogs were incessantly barking day early morning and night time. Roosters were crowing at dawn. The whole property was rundown and dirty.
