"Funcionários extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos. Só foram muito rígidos no Check in e Check out. Estávamos comemorando aniversário de Casamento e era a primeira vez no Hotel. Em outros hotéis que fomos para a mesma comemoração, sempre ofereceram algum tipo de Cortesia… UpGrade de quarto, Late Check-out ou Early Check-in… No Unique Garden, nada do tipo… Enfim, lugar lindo e agradável. "Foi o único lugar que encontramos para dormir próximo à rodovia. O valor da diária foi bem alto acredito que por ser férias e por ter vários hóspedes de um casamento. O quarto era bem grande, com dois dormitórios, banheiro e sala. Mas o acesso era bem difícil através de escada caracol. "Atendimento excepcional. O chalé é de um conforto mediano. Muito frio na madrugada, o aquecimento do ar-condicionado não funcionou. As saídas de água do chuveiro estavam quase todas entupidas, mas falamos na recepção e o problema foi prontamente resolvido pelo Jonatan, que também nos recebeu quando chegamos. Muito simpático. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Nossos pets foram muito bem recebidos. Creio que para o que o Hotel oferece, o valor da diária esteja um pouco elevado. "
