"Very cute and fully equipped condo. The bed was extremely comfortable and I liked that it has a separate bedroom. It's located literally right next to a shopping center and a supermarket. The fitness center was a little underwhelming. My flight arrived early in the morning and the host was nice enough to allow me to check in early without charge. "The room was spacious and comfortable. I had an issue with the air conditioner, but it was resolved very quickly. Breakfast was somewhat limited in variety, though everything was high quality. The gym could use a bit more equipment. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly."

"This hotel is great! We stayed there twice because of how much we enjoyed it. The people that work there are phenomenal, every single person that we interacted with was simply amazing; the porters and the front desk people are kind, friendly and always helpful. The localization is perfect, half block from Avenida Paulista, near the subway, lots of places to eat, a shopping mall, Masp museum, coffee places, etc. Paulista avenue closes on Sundays and Holidays so its great to just walk around....
