"Péssima experiência. A suíte não foi a que reservei, a recepcionista não encontrou minha reserva e me colocou em qualquer quarto. A tranca da porta estava em péssimo estado, comprometendo a segurança. A pia vazava, o ventilador fazia muito barulho, e o conforto é muito ruim: cama desconfortável, travesseiros finos e cabeceira estrutura de tijolo. Falta total de manutenção e organização. Não recomendo."

"Accommodation in good condition and hygiene; good location that allows easy access to the main avenues and ring roads, which ensures access to the attractions of Belo Horizonte and neighboring cities. However, the traffic on these avenues is heavy and there are many trucks, so it requires great care and defensive driving because most do not observe safe distance and I witnessed an accident between a passenger car and a truck for not following these rules.
