"Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. "Beware! After check in, I went to the desk to report my AC. They said someone was coming. I waited an hour and a half and went back. They changed my room. I drove to the beach (1.5 miles) and found that I couldn’t park in the lot. $10 to park up the road. The hotel was dingy, old and in bad need of renovations. Smelled like mold. I packed up and left. Don’t let the pretty pool fool you. There were only 3 families in the entire hotel. I KNOW WHY."

This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "
