"We had a lovely stay at this hotel and was even lucky enough to get a balcony room. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable - no complaints. Both the reception- and cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. Because of this, the good location and the fact that they are dog friendly, we would absolutely stay here again if we return to Santander."

"The only thing is that due to its location the parking is complicated and smelly, we just left the car in there to the last day. The breakfast buffet was just good, but they don’t clean the used tables, so we moved the dirty dishes ti another table to be able to seat where we want, and you need to ask for juice etc; the staff were good and nice, but what happen is that there’re only two workers; they moved fast and wanted to help everyone but there were much of guest for only two staff. "The room was small and not fancy but very clean and maintained. The bathroom was larger than we expected and also very clean. The hotel staff (the front desk of the hotel across the street serves both hotels) was very professional, courteous, and friendly. It's a great location, too. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Santander."

"We have stayed several times now for a couple of days to enjoy the north of Spain whilst travelling. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the apartments are always spotless and fitted out to a high standard Bar and restaurant are good with nice outside area to take a tipple and food, breakfast is very good. Some nice walking from the door which is great if travelling with a four legged friend as it is a dog friendly apartment and 20-25 mins to a number of beaches. Parking is no problem...
