I learned this family-owned hotel turned 100 years old this year. Cute, well maintained, comfortable, in a great location and offers courteous service to make you feel at home. It was a wonderful stay.

My room was clean, quiet and well attended to. A note mentioning that a microwave was down the hall may be a good idea. Is liked having the nice cup and saucers instead of paper or Styrofoam. Some form of TV channel directory would have been nice.

We realize the hotel is 100 years old but the lobby could use a little make over, room was neat and clean but we were on the front so noise from the patio was very loud and annoying!!

The hotel is quite old and you can see this inside and in the room. Our room was very small but in good condition and pretty well cleaned. The hotel is really expensive for what you get as a hotel. But the location in the middle of the national park and in the city itself it is fair.

We were welcomed warmly by the staff and were provided with help carrying our luggage up to our room. The room itself was clean, spacious, and stocked with soaps from local small businesses which we loved! Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in with lovely staff and situated in a beautiful town :)

Love Jasper

Overall our 2 day stay was very nice. Comfy bed & pillows taking in consideration that this Hotel is 100 years old - it was nice. Room was small and air conditioner did not work to well, but had a back up fan. Front Desk Clerk helped us carry our bags to the 2nd floor since there was no elevator.

The location is nice, the building is old but nice. The room was relatively small, the bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit made a lot of noise (the room was very hot when we visited in early July).

Old style , small small room , tiny bathroom but very comfortable beds . This is an old hotel in the heart of town .. loved that a nice restaurant was right inside . Staff was great and even had a gentleman help carry up our luggage . There is no elevator but only one flight of stairs so not too bad .
