Lovely stay in a newly refurbished/built room. It was quiet, the room was spacious and we had a balcony. The only downside was the construction, which we had expected and been advised of in advance, meant some facilities weren't available. The hotel is right on the end of town so easy in/out and plenty of parking but still close enough to walk to town.

Hotel was renovated/rebuilt after the Jasper’s fire, so almost everything is new. Very comfortable and spacious rooms; fully equipped kitchenette. Parking lot capacity cannot accommodate all guests’ vehicles, so if you return late in the evening you’ll have to find parking somewhere else.

Nicely updated, very comfortable room and bed. The balcony would have been nicer if we had a view and was in the sun (we were facing a wall unfortunately and it was cold without any sun) but the other balconies looked like they would be nice to hang out on. Our room also included a well stocked kitchenette with brand new appliances, we were only there one night, so we didn't use it, but I could see it being very nice to have if we were staying longer. Lots of construction going on from the renovations made it a bit difficult to find the entry way and good parking, but the noise was never an issue for us where we were staying. It's a shame the gym/pool/restaurant weren't open, but there are options to go to their neighbouring hotel to use their amenities.

Check in staff were friendly, even the trainee was upbeat and helpful. Professionally dressed. Exterior appearance was very appealing. Glynda were clean. Rooms were a very good size. Bed were very comfortable. Thinking that double beds should be upgraded to queens Place was under renovation for some of the the hotel room frontage. Pool and hot tub were not operational. All else was fantastic

The room is very clean and staff is helpful. The construction caused the amenities not being available but it’s ok. The only issue we had was the shower door not being installed quite right so it cannot be closed properly and the water can leak out to the bathroom floor.
