"For the price point we expected a higher quality but we are from America and don’t know what Canadian expectations are. From the pics we expected a new cabin. But, the one we stayed in was older but remodeled. There was a stove top but no oven. The pool water was comfortable and clean. The hot springs just up the mountain were a very nice experience we had not expected. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Jasper was 35 minutes away. If we go again, we would probably stay in town for convenience. The fire from two years ago did not reach where we stayed so it was a nice setting."

"Hotel was renovated/rebuilt after the Jasper’s fire, so almost everything is new. Very comfortable and spacious rooms; fully equipped kitchenette. Parking lot capacity cannot accommodate all guests’ vehicles, so if you return late in the evening you’ll have to find parking somewhere else."
