"Worst hotel I have ever seen Rooms are dirty, Bed mattress is next to garage and they said they gave us the best room cause we booked on line and we are NRI we had a rat droppings all over bed and floor when we come back to hotel in the evening, parking lot was like Trash collection lot Garbage, weed, bottle and cans everywhere I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL EVEN ITS COMPLETELY FREE"

"Spændende placering i bjergene af mount abu, med god udsigt og egen hytte. Lækker tagterrasse at spise på med en god romantisk stemning. Særligt tak til Ramswaroop for at give så god service til os og være så sød at gå den ekstra mil for min kone og hjem kunne få så godt et ophold som vi havde."

"We had a very disappointing stay at Valencia Club. The 3 BHK villa we booked was in terrible condition from the moment we arrived. Rooms were unclean, bedsheets and towels had visible stains, and the whole place smelled musty. The bathroom had mold, which is unacceptable at this price point. There were open wires and unsafe plug points, which felt dangerous. Housekeeping didn’t resolve anything the “clean” sheets they replaced were even worse. It genuinely felt like basic hygiene and safety...

"Staff were not adequetly equipped. Hotel reception was mismanaged. The room had dirty linens. Overall I wiuld not prefer to stay here next time. The only upside was that staff were responsive and kind hearted."

"It wasn’t a good hotel at all. It says luxury boutique but it is neither Luxury nor boutique. Dirty towels and dirty floor of the room we were supposed to check into. I won’t recommend this at all."

"This is a fabulous, beautiful residence and hotel with gorgeous rooms, helpful staff and history built in. The house and grounds are immaculate, the food is really fit for a King! I felt so well looked after here. Mount Abu is a fascinating destination too."
