"Sehr gutes Frühstück."

"Wow views and location!!! We got a lake view balcony, super happy with the incredible view of the castle and church everyday. Watching the scene during sunrise and sunset is such a treat! Breakfast buffet is great! Love the variety. Also great window views in the breakfast hall. Swimming pool and gym is a plus! Got my fitness in. Also the view from the swimming pool top floor is amazing. I just wish there is a hut tub. Staff very friendly and attentive. We had a shower head problem,...

"The views were to die for, the interior was so classical and beautiful. So much art and old paintings everywhere. The food was incredible!!!! Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. And the spa amenities were so nice. What a perfect relaxing getaway."

"Penzion Berc offers an excellent alternative to the "big-box" facilities located closer to lakeside. Rustic Bavarian-style architecture and atmosphere. Good on-site parking. Even though we arrived almost four hours early, we were immediately registered and ensconced in our rooms. Although only two persons, we booked a five-person accommodation, as was only thing available. Our's was a separate, standalone building, with main sleeping area on 2nd level. Main drawback was that the Berc...

"Good location Had to make appointment or call for check in (troublesome). Tiny room. "

"Highly recommend. Place felt brand new. Breakfast was more extensive than pictured to include eggs cooked to order. Staff very helpful. Nice view of farm from our deck. Couple minutes walk to lake and restaurants, super market, swimming area and boat dock for getting to island church. Lake is stunning. We stayed four nights and used as base to visit Ljubljana (45 minutes), hike in alps, gorge hike (forget name, but it’s like 10 minutes) and Lipizzan stud farm (under two hours). Bottom...

"Full of character, helpful staff, short walk from Lake."

"Klein, gemütlich und trotzdem professionell. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, außerdem nirgends lange anstehen. Wir werden wiederkommen"

"Excellent location, helpful staff, wonderful room, ridiculously large and tasty breakfast brought to your room."

"The hotel sits right on the beautiful resort promenade of Pörtschach. Clients have the privilege to have easy access to stroll around the lake with beautiful gardens and turquoise waters. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of everything that one can think of for breakfast. Room was clean with nice view and private balcony. Staff were super friendly and helpful including restaurant staff who offered first class service throughout our evening meals and breakfast."
