Unpleasant stay with unavailable rm & door broken

No twin bed available & we got upgrade to another room. However the door lock was broken & we were unable to open the door upon return. There was a big round bed but it was very short in length & I don’t think it will fit any guy

Honestly My stay in 3 nights was not comfortable. Staff was kind and room was big, but there are something bad smell in the room. Even I turn on air conditioanl and open window, this smell was not dissapear. Gym is not avilalble, but when I operate some machine, it was not automatically turned off after 3 min. Breakfast buffet was good.
