"We were visiting for the first time from the USA, so we were not sure what to expect, but after our visit, we have no complaints. All of the staff were polite and helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The hotel was pristine and had a pleasant scent. We arrived around noon and we were able to check in early. Additionally, we were given a free room upgrade with a view of the Red Sea….imagine that! Furthermore, the lovely masjid is conveniently located within the hotel. We also took advantage of some quiet time and enjoyed the beautiful tea room. We could not have asked for anything better. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. God willing, we will be able to visit again."

"We had a good experience. Check in staff/team leas Saud was very friendly and kind. Hotel was clean with great amenities. Comfortable bedding, wonderful breakfast buffet. Only thing was house keeping was slow and less friendly at times unless it was due to language barrier. Accessible location! Would definitely stay here again."
