We were overwhelmed at how kind the staff at this hotel were. They showed us Saudi hospitality by storing our bags, leaving fruit and a kind note in our rooms on check-in, and wishing us a good flight the next day. I would absolutely stay here again. It's convenient to the airport and the rooftop restaurant/bar was a delight.

Really nice rooms and the staff is very willing to help, beds are great you get a really nice cloud like feeling sleeping. Ample parking I would recommend here if you’re coming for a quick stopover in Jeddah and need to get a good place to rest or even if you coming for a vacation.

Location close to the airport . Everything near , welcoming staff from door to door especially reception Haneen. wonderful lobby , beautiful restaurant with amazing views. I use room 414 forth floor , the room is very big and clean , bed is comfortable. Hotel smiles looks like your in Roses garden. My pleasure to all staff working in the hotel from Head master to door man.
