"I rented the room which is cheaper than the others on the same area, the room are spacious, clean and quiet, the location In my opinion is the best in Jeddah, It is near the Corniche and also to some of the biggest malls, there are fastfoods like Kudu nearby and you can have many choices along the Falasteen St., which is close to the hotel. I found my stay in the hotel comfortable and all the staff are helpful and friendly. "

I made a simple request to make a change to my booking. The front desk manager said it “shouldn’t be a problem” however his colleagues, notably Marah in reservations seemed to go out of their way to make it a problem.
In consequence, I switched to another hotel and shall never return."
