I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. On departure day, even though our flight was at night, they also allowed us to stay until 3 p.m., which made a big difference. The service was excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel was extremely clean. The location is very convenient, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and cafés. Thank you very much for such a lovely stay We staid in room 2250

Liked the location the most and when we arrived we were greed by the local manager as it was their official celebration of the first Hilton Curio in Saudi Arabia. The decorations were beautiful and tastefully done. The staff in general were very professional and helpful.

Coming from another 5-star hotel, we're surprised that pool policy allowed women to wear bikinis, and mixed sex. Loved it. Breakfast was very good, but not the food at the Lounge for dinner. Fortunately, there were great restaurants nearby. Stayed 2 nights, with my niece.

Take it or you will lose

The hotel is nice. Location is perfect. Room size is good. Food is delicious. But they have to work on criticism from guests. I stayed last year in this hotel and again this time, i have the same complaint, No bell boy at the entrance to take your luggages and the reception is in M level so you can’t leave your bags with no attendance. That problem never solved, it is annoying. This is a 5- star hotel with no bell boy or even a conceirge except one running here and there!!!.

Hôtel agréable et confortable

Très bon service. Digne du haute gamme. Chambre confortable et agreable. Piscine décevante par contre (pas de vue, eau froide ! Et bcp de bruit à cause des blocs de clim)
