"first, the staff are very gery friendly. however inside the room thete is no water or anything. when we asked i was tols that i need to go down to the reception to get a bottle of water !!! Also the reason why i booked it becaused i wanted a hotel near the airport. this is not bear at all. it's over 15 mins drive. the following morning when we had the shuttle to the airport, the driver won't drop our luggages unless we help him !!! i personally have a frozen sholder issue and i couldn't eveb...

"Best room layout for a double room. Good breakfast. Great location, close to restaurants and a cinema. Two things missing though that would have made the experience perfect - all day coffee and a microwave in the room. "

"They had no plates for breakfast. They said they ran out of plates because people were taking them to their rooms. I recommend having paper plates as backup. Everyone had to use little sauce bowls to eat they breakfast which doesn’t fit items like waffles etc. The property is very new and clean but they need additional staff, better management. "We had bugs in our room. The room wasn’t ready for use until 4 o’clock and once in the room one of the beds weren’t made. The help at the front desk was nonexistent every time myself or someone from my party went to front desk no one was there. "

The furniture in the rooms is sooo beat up...no microwave..no lamps..it was very run down. Not to mention the what seemed like alit if homeless people hanging out front the entire weekend?
