"had an overall decent stay at the property. The room, bed, and washroom were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated.
However, there were a couple of issues. The heater in the bedroom was not working, which made the room uncomfortable. Also, the balcony door/window was difficult to slide and did not open easily.
Another point I would like to mention is the check-in and check-out timing. The check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which feels quite limited for the price...

"Entering the front desk, the clerk was extremely rude with no hello and/or eye contact. After the check in process, I asked about breakfast and she said that I had to pay and I told her that I already paid and she disagreed with me. Finally, I had to prove to her on my phone - then she gave me a red ticket to have breakfast angrily!
