We chose this hotel as it is very close to the airport and we have an early departure. There are many dining options and shopping malls within walking distances. The room is spacious and well equipped, and parking is easy. A minor issue is that the rooms are facing a busy street and some traffic noise can be heard.

Stayed at this hotel every time we come to Jeju. Love this hotel and how close it is to airport. Thank you for free room upgrade as well! The basement levels can use some AC. It is very hot. Highly recommend this hotel

We encountered untrained staff, who would say no to any basic requests without any hesitation. We dialed the front desk for some sugar day one on arrival, we were refused! It should have been kept in the room but was missiig. I had to go down and collect it myself. I was told by the front desk there are no house keeping staff after 5pm!! We couldn't get an coffee sticks! The front desk staff were mostly clueless and rude when enquires about any nearby attractions and they had no interest in helping guests. No, language barrier could be one thing, but the whole approach made us less welcoming. So it was really disappointing. The buffet breakfast was the only good thing. the cafeteria on the first floor was equally terrible in terms of what they offered and the quality. There was no other restaurant available in the hotel. But the rooms were not bad for the price you pay, despite next to main road, it wasn't noisy. Overall it was a clean place. If they could add some more English speaking statf and train them to improve customer experiences, spruce up dining the place has potential.

I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. First night the AC didn’t work, second night we got another staff to look at it then the temperature finally cool down. Room is not small, the swimming pool and gym was quite nice, small workouts are manageable

The hotel is average. They provide some toiletries, towels, and 2 water bottles. There is a pool. But, to use the pool, you have to rent a towel for 2,000 KRW and a swimming cap for 3,000 KRW per person. The hairdryer did not have a wall mount and the nozzle attachment kept falling off. It takes 5,000 KRW for each the washer and dryer.

良かった点:日本語が出来る女性スタッフがいて、行きたい場所の地図を出してくれ丁寧に教えてくれた。悪かった点:①部屋、洗面などに髪の毛が落ちており清掃が不十分。②歯ブラシのアメニティなし。③プールがあるとの事で水着を持って行ったが、タオルのレンタル料金＋スイムキャップ着用必須！持っていない場合はレンタルか購入。レンタル料はそこまで高くはないが、スイムキャップ被ってまで入りたくない。

Amazing stay at Hotel Sirius! Close to the airport in Jeju as well as shopping and dining downtown. Super clean and staff is very friendly. We were able to walk to most all shopping and dining. Can’t recommend enough!

수영장 스탭들의 마감 태도가 옥에 티!

공항에서 아주 가깝고 출장 장소까지도 걸어다닐수 있어서 좋았습니다. 룸로 깨끗했어요. 저녁에 도착해서 수영장도 이용했는데 생각보다 넓어 좋았어요. 아이들과 함께 이용하는 수영장이어서 그런지 수심이 1.2라고 하는데 1.1 정도? 저녁이라 한가하게 수영을 즐기고 왔습니다. 그런데 마감시간 9시에 임박하자 탈의실에서 빨리 나가라고 내쫓듯 재촉하는 직원때문에 불편했어요. 9시가 넘지도 않았는데요. 탈수기 사용도 20초?면 되는데 사용하지 못하게 하더라고요. 어이가 없었네요. 설령 9시가 되었다고 해도 1분을 배려못하는 모습때문에 실망스러웠어요.

Good location of the Hotel in the city. The Rooms are big and have everything you need. But what really ruined our stay was a horrible smell that came from the bathroom. It made it hard to sleep at times. Even after telling the staff, things didnt change. Dont know if it was only our room, or if its a problem of many rooms, but it ruined our stay there.
