Helpful, nice and we had some great conversations. The housemaid, who also made great breakfast (love the Msemen), did a great job keeping our room clean. The hotel is in the Medina, you have to go through the soukh to access it. They offer filtered water every day, which was appreciated. "Do you want to live like 100 years ago deep inside the old Medina, this is the place for you. It was not the most comfortable room - especially the shower facilities were definitely outdated.
