"Great location between the cathedral and the market in the old town with all the amazing cafes, shops and historical sites to offer…. and just a 30 minute walk to the Guggenheim through the new town. Super little hotel with friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast offering a range of freshly made hot and cold dishes. Room was a big snug with limited hanging space but clean, cool and everything worked."

"This place was great. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. There is no parking nearby which was a downside but the apartment itself had everything we needed. They do have an elevator and air conditioner."

"I had tripped while walking to the hotel and the manager on duty immediately brought me ice for bruises and a cut lip, bandaids and special water. Breakfast as part of the reservation was ample with many choices taken at the restaurant next door. Despite the unusual hot weather I walked to the Guggenheim Museum and around the Old Town."

"Das Hotel hat eine prima Lage, direkt am Nervion Fluss gelegen und in direkter Nähe zur Innen- und Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem gibt es in direkter Nähe Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Unser Zimmer war ruhig und soweit total in Ordnung und es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Lediglich am Mobiliar gab es den ein oder anderen minimalen Schönheitsfehler, der aber nicht ins Gewicht fiel!...

"Fabulous hotel close to the Guggenheim (less than 5 minutes walk) and about a 15 minute walk to the old town. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast is fabulous. Rooms really lovely with everything you need. It was our 2nd stay at the hotel and we will definitely be back."

"Everything ok"

"Ok - so the location is the only thing going for this hotel. Other than that - nothing. It’s pretty rundown, halls smell, hair in the corners of the room, bed is so small, pillows aren’t comfortable & flat but the AC is great! There’s no mini-fridge, no snacks, no microwave, no washcloths, no washcloths. There are NO amenities. I had arranged beforehand for extra pillows for my brother because of a cancer/surgery issue & he can’t lay down flat or could suffocate… the young girl at the desk said...

"The shower was filled with mold and so disgusting . We were leaving the next day so we didn’t request for room change . The reception area is a nice seating area . They called taxi for us the day we were leaving at 4:30 in the morning and the taxi showed up within 5 minutes ( super convenient)"

"We had a lovely overnight stay here. The room was spacious and clean. It had everything you would want for a comfortable stay. We were surprised to find tea/coffee/kettle. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Carpark instructions were easy to follow but to get to the hotel from the carpark, walk down the road to your left rather than straight ahead."
