"The internet was good for standard web browsing. Video calls over internet and streaming was not reliable. Room was clean and offered basic amenities. Property was clean and was located conveniently to surrounding stores and attractions. I would stay here again. "

"Staff were very friendly however, they were under staffed. They apparently removed all the coffee machines from the rooms and only offer free coffee from 4am to 7am and they removed it right at 7. So then you try to get a cup in the restaurant but there is only one person working and they are overwhelmed. Also I know it’s the city and parking is not cheap but I found $66.00 a night to be excessive. Having said that the location was great the room were comfortable and clean. "

"From the pictures, I expected a lot better. I understand this is a “historical” hotel but the decor, especially in the room, is so outdated it gives it a creepy vibe. Seriously, my room felt haunted. What is up with those red flower curtains? I had to sleep with a light on. Other notes: -The fitness room is very dissapointing. Only one treadmill out of several machines other worked. -The staff was very pleasant to interact with. I did not try the onsite restauraunt/bar. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though. "

"Loved my stay here! The location is super convenient so you can easily walk to where you need to go. Closest station is Westlake (~10 min walk). The staff where excellent and friendly. The lobby, room, and hotel overall were clean. I would highly recommend to family and friends as well as stay here again myself. "
