Hotel dekat Jembatan Kereta Api Union Street

"It was friendly and helpful when needed. Friendly staff."

"Animal friendly!"

"Excelente"

"Everything seemed nicely kept and the front desk staff we very helpful."

"One my fave place to stay every time come in the area. Close to stores and shops and restaurants. Could even walk as they do have a trial walk as well. Never had a problem here. Definitely will be back next time."

"Clean room"

"I loved my room. It was a king room with a couch. I am glad there are still bathtubs because I like to soak in the tub and I appreciated the option to take a bath or shower."

"I appreciated the place being pet friendly. I understand the $150 pet deposit but my dog was fine and only the nightly charge. Breakfast was fantastic with scrambled eggs and waffles and the best warm baking powder biscuits!"

"Outside and lobby were nice. My room had mold in the bathroom, giant crack in the TV, missing cabinets, not clean. Second room had an active leak, wet carpets, a spilled vodka bottle under the bed and an AC that didn't work. 0/10. Guy at the front desk was wonderful and understanding but was left alone with no actual management available to fix anything or process our refund for a full 6 days. Do not stay here."

"The outside of the building looks a little time-worn, but the rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable and Dana at the front desk was amazing. There is a little retro tilt to the decor, which I really enjoyed."

"No one at the front desk when we arrived to check us in. Room dirty. Blood on the dresser. Mold in the night stand. Turned heater on and smelt like it was going to catch fire. People painting room literally next door with loud painter sprayer and music at 11:30pm like they were trying to cover up a murder, I asked when they were going to stop and they said “when we are finished, why do you have to work tomorrow.” It was a Thursday and yes we had to get up at 5 am. Doors didn’t seal and cold air...

"I didn't care for the fact that the elevator didn't. i have just recently had full hip replacement. and the fact that we where put on the fourth floor mad it ever rought to get there on me."

"The staff was nice and helpful, but the carpets were vacuumed but dirty like they had not been shampooed in years. The sheets had holes in them. There was no rack to set your open luggage on and the password protected WiFi was difficult to access. The price however was great and it was a very inexpensive hotel."
