"Our room was sweltering although the hallway and lobby were clearly air conditioned. We were thankful the windows opened, but even eight floors up the street noise was disruptive. We attempted to run the unit while we left for a walk only to return a hot room. It was difficult to decide which would be less disruptive: traffic noise or heat."
