"I had my best vacation stay in the last 30 years at the White Sands. My wife and I stayed in the main building and enjoyed the indoor pool, bar and restaurants and game room. As a partially disabled Veteran the entire staff went out of their way to help me. I couldn't walk in the sand to the ocean but could hobble over to the 2 outside pools where I could get into and out of the water. Those who gave this hotel a low rating are constant complainers in my book. They EXPECT things you would not get almost anywhere else. We would listen to them and think what entitled and spoiled people they are. In my opinion it was much better than other way more expensive places I've stayed at. If you want to stay on the beach this is the place to be. I know we have found our own little Shangrala at the White Sands. Highly recommended!!!"
