Tem muito que melhorar

O unico ponto positivo era a localizacao da pousada.o unico funcionario simpatico era o Kauam sena me engano o nome porque o restante parecia que estavam sempre de mal humor nao tem uma tv em.nenhum dos quartos a gente voltava cansado dos passeios e nao podia ter um tempo pra se distrar antes de dormi porque tambem fui convidada a se retirar do local que tem a piscina pelo atende da recepcao que por sinal foi muito grosseiro porque estava falando no telefone e era pra fazer silencio sendo que o local e quente e por nao ter TV vc acaba ficando pra fora obrigando vc a sair mas chega uma hora que queremos sentar em um local agradavel mas era proibido e nao tem aonde vc ficar Parece um quartel e nao uma pousada para ficarmos

Péssima acomodação

Infelizmente fui muito mal recebida pela funcionária Francisca, nos colocou para ouvir as instruções do hotel como se fôssemos soldados e não admitia ser interrompida, um desastre de recepção. As toalhas sem condições de uso, reclamei e eles colocaram umas melhores. O banheiro sem ventilação nem exaustor, totalmente abafado e com cheiro de esgoto, se desse descarga no banheiro não saia água no chuveiro, um horror. Em compensação o recepcionista Nicolas salvou nossa estadia, muito educado e atencioso, resolveu todas as nossas solicitações, sem contar que as funcionárias da limpeza e da cozinha também nos tratou muito bem.

Péssima escolha

A área externa é atrativa, a piscina atende a necessidade e possui boa localização, porém o quarto tinha cheiro de esgoto (colocaram um aromatizante horrível que fez misturar o cheiro de esgoto). Os detalhes e acabamento do quarto são bem ruins, toalhas, sabonetes, rejunte, cabeceira, etc. Pagamos um preço alto em relação a média e realmente foi decepcionante.

Boa localização. Café da manhã ruim, repetitivo, com reposição lenta e poucas opções. Um dia só tinha um tipo de suco e de goiaba, que a maioria não toma. Colchões ruins. Só trocam toalhas a cada 3 dias. Impossível usar toalhas molhadas.
