"Straight forward process to book. Staff were fast and friendly. However, check-in line was lengthy, staff were juggling a long line of people. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city. However the door did not have a secondary security feature, such as a door chain or block in case someone accidentally received a key to my door handle. Great location and value for money. The breakfast included with reservation is solid and convenient."

"Pengalaman buruk menginap di hotel A&O , pasang seprei sendiri, dan pada saat online wifi hotel ternyata tidak aman, kartu kredit saya kena retas. Lokasi sih dekat banget sama stasiun tapi kapok, tidak bakal balik menginap lg di A&O"

"My group enjoyed our stay. Very clean, great staff. Wonderful restaurant Bos and a market nearby. Rentable bikes at hostel. Room with elevated bed was too tiny but room with lower bed was much better. "

"I had a great stay here. They do free luggage storage and you can put bags in a locked room. The kitchen is decent size. The bed was comfy and the showers were nice. The only downside is the location, but it is right by public transportation and easy to get within the city. "
