"I reported to the front desk that someone came into my room when I was not there and stole money out of my room. The front desk staff was not willing to do anything and said they would let their manager know and try to check cameras. They never got back to me. It made me feel very unsafe at this hotel. I have no idea how someone entered my room, I am a young female, and I still had to stay another night in that room alone. Did someone break into my room? Did someone who works there enter my room...

"Very disappointed with this property. Was not provided the room I paid for (Balcony room) with the front desk agreeing it was not a balcony, but this is what was assigned. Being on the ground floor I was not comfortable leaving window/door open; and there is no air conditioning. Floor of room was very grimy. For the price paid could get far better room and location with air conditioning."

The gym was not really a gym but just a couple machines in the lobby. They also only provided a single pillow/blanket/towel which was not ideal."

"I had previously stayed at a Rioca hotel in Vienna and it was excellent so i decided to try the Rioca Posto 3 Munich. I was not disappointed. The Rioca Posto 3 Munich was excellent. It was clean and my room modern and comfortable. The building was quiet and i did not hear any road noise. The shower was amazing with excellent water pressure and hot water.
