"From arrival to check out the W staff were helpful welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed all the W had to offer.
The location was close to restaurants and shopping and was located along the Hudson River. A great place to go for a walk and enjoy the views of NYC.
This was a return visit and we will be back."

"Housekeeping and Guest Services went above and beyond in hospitality and providing for all of our needs - even found a pot & pan for us to make eggs on the burner in our room! Excellent location with local transportation, shops and restaurants in the area. Room was quiet (except for the a/c, but this is normal for hotel heat/air conditioning systems) and very comfortable."
