"We were disappointed with our stay due to several cleanliness and comfort concerns. The hallway leading to our room was dirty upon check-in, and unfortunately, it was never cleaned during our stay. Inside the room, there was a persistent dampness that affected both the space and our personal belongings. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—so much so that my husband had to purchase an air mattress to sleep on the following night. Additionally, our room was not serviced while we were out all day Saturday. When we returned, the bed felt cold and damp, which added to the discomfort. The bathroom sink was leaking every time we turned it on. We would not stay here again. "
