הסדר והנקיון באזורים הציבוריים לא היה מניח את הדעת. בחדר שלנו היתה חסרה ידית לברז הכיור. כיור הנירוסטה היה עם כתמים שברור שלא ניסו לנקות אותו כראוי אי פעם שלש מתוך חמשת הנורות בנברשת לא פעלו בבוקר ירדתי לבית הכנסת שבמלון... הרצפה היתה מטונפת, עטיפות של סוכריות וטישיו היו מפוזרים על הרצפה.... חבל שכך צריך להראות מלון חדש יחסית

Less than tranquil, but OK for budget traveller.

We travelled in December. Hotel was on the cold side, wall mounted heater and laminated flooring which caused a draft. I needed to request an additional duvet as first night very cold. Shower was smallish although always warm and the towels were changed daily. Hotel reception staff stayed on their phones when responding to a verbal question - which I thought very rude. Not helpful with trying to book a tour.

location was good. communication with staff was good bath and toilet is very very tiny. So extra towel is needed after a shower to dry the floor, otherwise you can not use the toliet. food can be better

Nice room, helpful. Staff, frum environment. It met our needs very well, but we were so disappointed that their adjoining restaurant had terrible service and the quality of the food didn't correspond with the price.

The location was excellent. Accessible to every major site in Jerusalem either by foot or by transportation. The breakfast was generous by world standards - but not necessarily by Israeli standards. That said, you could eat a full meal for breakfast, skip lunch, and eat am early dinner. So the food was certainly adequate to good. The decor was bright and cheery but the cleanliness was very disappointing and I suspect that only linen and towels were changed but no actual cleaning occurred. The property needs new paint and carpet ata minimum. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible as far as I could see - contains four steps to walk up with heavy luggage at the front entrance. Additionally hailing cabs was not easy as there is no place for taxis to stop unless they drive around the hotel and come up the back to a side road. Ask the front desk to help you figure this out. The staff was generally friendly if not a bit lazy. Overall though it was a value for the money for two people sharing a room. For a family, don’t stay here - rent an apartment instead and forgo the feee breakfast.

Ihan kohtuullisen hyvä paikka yöpyä. Kaunis, klassinen sisustus mutta jo jonkin verran kulahtanut. Palvelu hyvää. Aamiainen erittäin monipuolinen kosher, mikä oli länsimaiseen hotelliaamiaisen verrattuna virkistävä kokemus. Sijainti erittäin hyvä.

No volvería y no lo recomiendo

No soy de calificar mal para no perjudicar a los lugares a los que visito. Si hago este comentario es porque la estadía realmente fue muy incómoda. Tres días de nuestra estadía fueron festivos, por lo que no servían el desayuno ni hacían la limpieza de la habitación ni del hotel, ésto generó que todo sea una mugre, muy muy sucio!!! La máquina de café estaba descompuesta, así que tuvimos que consumir café instantáneo. Todo ésto sumado a que el personal no es muy amable. Yo considero que si no quieren poner personal los días festivos, directamente no abran el hotel

the hotel was old and had water damage everywhere. It also had a wet mildew smell to it. I asked for a queen or king size bed and I got two twins pushed together and I felt the middle line all night.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem um café da manhã magnífico, com destaque especial para o excelente atendimento da funcionária NOGA. O quarto nos concedido por upgrade do Hoteis.com (suite 5) é muito bom com uma excelente varanda. O ar condicionado e o Wi-Fi funcionam muito bem. O hotel peca um pouco na organização de limpeza dos quartos e banheiros e seria recomendável investir no aprimoramento do serviço em geral (recepção, transporte e armazenamento de bagagens). Foram muito amáveis em permitir que o check out da última reserva fosse realizado

Muito bom

Hotel muito bom e bem localizado. Café da manhã muito saboroso, com comidas típicas do local. Apesar de ser um hotel religioso judeu, nós católicos fomos muito bem recebidos e muito respeitados. Só não tem TV no quarto, mas não fez falta alguma.
