"Hotel situato in ottima posizione nei pressi di Rialto. Camera quadrupla spaziosa e confortevole,unica pecca i rumori che arrivano dalla piazza, nonostante infissi nuovi e doppi vetri. Dunque nulla di attribuibile alla struttura. Gentili nel tenere i bagagli pre check-in e post check-out."

I’ve read responses from other reviews that people from the US don’t walk enough but seriously there are some of us who have health concerns or walking issues, and your information doesn’t state up front that there are over 50 steep steps to our room. No problem with check in. Room was clean. AC didn’t work. Our fridge didn’t cool. And the last night and next morning our internet quit. "
