"My family and I were traveling from Florida and called the hotel about 6 hours ahead of time to ask about early check-in. We were told by the front desk that it would be possible. However, when we arrived at 5:00 AM and spoke with Robert, we were told we had to wait until 10:00 AM to check in, which was very frustrating after a long drive.
We waited in the parking lot until around 7:30 AM and spoke with Natasha at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful! She explained that we could have...
