"Room was ok less the filthy toilet shower and floors through out full room. You needed shoes to keep ur feet clean even in your own room. The entire building stank of smoke and filth and our reservation was somehow marked no show so when we arrived to check in it took 30 minutes for them on the phone to sort it out. Won’t be staying here ever again"

"There is no longer a coffee maker in the room. There is one in the lobby ... which is good, but requires one to dress and go out to get morning coffee. The place is clean and well maintained."

"The room was clean and spacious. Easy to get into and leave. The bed was incredibly comfy. The heater struggled a little with how cold it was (less than 20 degrees) but we kept it on the whole time and it was adequately warm. The bathroom was very big and the shower was really nice. "

"Just got back from a weekend at a postcard cabin in the Catskills and honestly… it was such a beautiful experience. The cabin itself was EVERYTHING I needed peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by nature. Waking up to the quiet, fresh air, and just unplugging from everything felt so refreshing. It really gave that perfect escape-from-the-city vibe. "When we arrived, there was a ton of confusion. A film crew was setting up to film scenes in an upcoming Amazon film. We were directed to the rear of the property as we were mistaken as some of the crew. When we finally did get to check in with the front desk they told us that "this was only going on for the next few days" which meant our entire stay. Next, after settling into our room, our vehicle was entirely surrounded by gear belonging to the film crew. There was poor communication between...

"It was a joy to be there for it had everything including real cups and saucers with spoons! No paper cups, which I appreciated. Plus live bamboo in the room and more than adequate bathroom products including new tooth brushes. Real art and prints on the wall that gave it a very Asian- European flair. Lovely"

"Stayed here for a concert at Bearsville Theatre. What a great night. Staff was awesome and the place was clean and cozy with really comfortable beds. An excellent Mexican restaurant is a 3 minute walk from the rooms. The theater is wonderful and this hotel is an easy drive out and back. Will definitely be back there. Loved it. "

"Room had a great waterfall view, and the hotel is very close to town, which made it convenient to grab food (though the town itself is quite small). The main downsides were the Wi-Fi—only one spot in the room had a reliable connection—and the room felt a bit sparse/not very cozy. I also wish there were a common lounge area to relax. The waterfall can be noisy at night. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for the experience."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this...
