"The room was nice and clean however there is not alot of drawers for storage or a mini fridge to keep teams in during the stay. The nights we were there, the room got very warm at night and a fan could have been useful."

"Got a decent rate using Expedia. A lot of rooms are smallish but have very comfortable beds. Not the kind of rooms you want to spend the day in but hopefully you’re not visiting Copenhagen to stay indoors anyway. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is decent. Hotel is in a good location. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Crazy takeout burger joint across the street called Gasoline Grill. Be prepared to line up for that experience. Worth the wait though."

"Enjoyed the views from my room on the 10th floor and picking out local landmarks I enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Beautiful design Ate breakfast every morning and ate in the brasserie one evening Food was excellent One small problem was the staff moving furniture in the area above my room late at night and early the next morning. Raised at reception. Was investigated and staff told not to repeat which is very fair."

"Not for family at all… The TV does not support HDMI cable or anything else. it says it have screen cast but nothing would work.. Secondly, it says it have black out curtains which is total lie. 5 am feels like 12 pm"

"Location of the hotel is really good, short walk to a metro station and you can travel straight from the airport to the local station which is really handy. All the hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Whenever we sat in the lobby water and glasses were brought over within minutes. They have a free happy hour drink for hotel guests every evening between 5-6pm, which is really cute. The bed was super comfy and me and my partner slept very well every night. And the large windows in our room with a courtyard view were also really lovely. There were a few little niggles, a couple of hairs in the bathroom after checking in. A broken dispenser on the shower/body wash bottle. One of the shower hooks was pushed through the shower curtain itself. And the corridor flooring on our level was really creaky and quite loud when people are walking past outside."
