The room and bed were the perfect size for 2 people, the showers were perfect. Had an issue where our toilet wasn't connected to the button and they fixed it immediately. The pool was kept clean and had many spots to sit and lie around it. The breakfast was SUPERB. Both a continental style and cooked breakfasts. Café Jeri is right beside everything. All of the restaurants all of the shops, the beach, even the start of the trail for the Stone with a Hole. If you decide to come here by tour bus, i recommend Sim7, as they are affordable, timely, and offer guides and rides to both the eastern attractions and the western attractions. They can do both private guides and group guides, the group being cheaper. Overall, an amazing experience!

Boa noite!!! Queremos reportar nossa insatisfação em alguns quesitos de nossa estadia no café Jeri!!! Sonhamos em passar nossas férias no café Jeri, a primeira decepção foi por nossa conta ligar nos últimos dias e saber que não estava funcionando a boate, mas mesmo assim resolvemos ir, chegando aí colocaram em um quarto escuro e úmido, reclamamos e mudaram para um apto arejado, porém a TV não estava funcionando, somente no YouTube, depois ducha não esquentava, resolveram reformar um apto do lado, ficando madeiras na porta do nosso quarto, todo bagunçado, dava até medo, reclamamos , mas não tivemos retorno. Saímos do nosso conforto, pagamos caro pra viver dias insatisfeito. Agora sobre os funcionários, são nota dez, Janilsom, Deusa, e demais funcionários tornaram nossos dias melhores com toda atenção, inclusive com um mimo na despedida, são maravilhosos. Agradecemos a todos eles pelo carinho e atenção conosco.

Ótimo e lindo hotel, ótima localização. Recomendo!
Adoramos nossa estadia no Café Jeri. O hotel é mais bonito pessoalmente que em fotos. Está bem localizado, há uma quadra da praia e da Rua Principal e há poucos passos dos principais restaurantes. O hotel tem uma decoração linda, chique e rústica ao mesmo tempo e os quartos são bonitos, confortáveis e extremamente espaçosos. O banheiro tem produtos Loccitane. O serviço de limpeza é super eficiente. A piscina é espaçosa e linda (mas pode receber uma atenção no acabamento onde está descascando). E o bar da piscina é ótimo, com um time de atendimento excepcional. Infelizmente descobrimos apenas no último dia que hóspedes do Café Jeri podem utilizar a piscina do Hotel Hurricane, o que é outra vantagem legal. Li algumas reclamações sobre o barulho da balada que fica no rooftop, mas não minha opinião as reclamações são infundadas. A balada termina pontualmente às 22:00 e, inclusive, esse é outro ótimo benefício do hotel: o acesso gratuito ao rooftop mais badalado de toda Jeri. Minha única sugestão de melhoria vai para o café da manhã que, apesar do menu a la carte excepcional, tem oportunidades de melhoria como: pouca variação das demais opções (as tortas não eram tão gostosas, os salgadinhos assados pouco saborosos e quase sem variedade e os pães de queijo pouco assados), poderia ter requeijão junto com a manteiga, e o time em si do café da manhã parecia um pouco bagunçado e pouco proativo na organização. Os pratos a la carte também demoravam mais que o normal para chegar.

O melhor lugar para se hospedar em Jeri.
Nos hospedamos em outro hotel em Jeri antes de nos hospedarmos no Café Jeri para que tivéssemos diferentes experiências do lugar. Sem sombra de dúvidas, o Café Jeri nos surpreendeu positivamente, ambiente super agradável, estrutura excelente com um toque de natureza, colaboradores prestativos, simpáticos, sorridentes e acolhedores, café da manhã gostoso e variado, além da localização excelente próxima da praia e de restaurantes com ruas bem iluminadas. Além disso, tem como cereja do bolo uma balada dentro do próprio hotel que pensávamos que poderia incomodar os hóspedes, mas o som quase não chegava nos quartos e eles são rigorosos para que finalize pontualmente às 22:00. Como ponto de melhoria, somente colocaria uma tv a cabo melhor, pois diversas vezes tivemos dificuldades de mudar de canal, pois o aparelho travava. No geral, minha familia amou o lugar. Obrigado por tudo. Que Deus abençoe vocês.
