"They were under construction-----------We were not warned before. Expedia screwed up my reservation. I ordered a DOUBLE STUDIO room but Expedia changed it into a QUEEN STUDIO ROOM. "Booked last minute. No one onsite to check in. Owner eventually rang me and turned up with a key. Room was small but reasonably comfy and clean bed. Shared shower and toilets clean. No tea and coffee available. Outside BBQ with full ash-tray and needed cleaning and spruce up. One room was flooded. Owner was nice. Parking was on the property, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Would I stay there again? Probably not! "

The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. "Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. "

"The apartment that we stayed in had been freshly painted and the fumes were overwhelming. Woke up with headache. The other apartment had minor problems like the shower head was broken and the sink wouldn't drain."

"Room was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. But we took the cheapest room available which was a mistake. Our room's balcony overlooked Brisbane Rd. Very noisy and we didn't spend any time on the balcony. Pay the extra few dollars and get a room with a pool view or garden view. They will be much less noisy"

"Sadly as a new hotel they are still learning, staff were fabulous, no fault with any of them, the amenities were definitely not to our liking, Glass doors on both shower & toilet was a bit overwhelming for an older couple, there was no privacy, the younger generation might have a bit of fun with it. The rooftop bar, fantastic, but, but there should an area the hotel guests use exclusively, at least till a certain time, as I said it's very new & they will probably improve with time."
