"If you like good value and great design, this Quality Inn is for you. Even though we had a last minute reservation, the desk attendant thoughtfully put us in adjoining rooms. The property is clean and well-lit, with easy and free parking. Our rooms, though not "fancy" were so well designed with lots of charging outlets, excellent lighting, and lots of storage for our things. The bed was comfortable too (although the pillows were kind of small). Breakfast was fine and the breakfast room is quiet and peaceful. Very easy access off and on Interstate 75. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a very clean, very functional place to spend a day or more."

"Was suppose to check in at 3:00 , didn't get in room till 8pm. Bartender was cussing and dirty dishes all over bar when I got there. I walked up sat down in a stool, he ask me what I wanted. I said can you please clear all these dirty dishes and wipe down the bar first. I called room service for water, waited hour and had to call back for water. Hall ways need to be vacuumed , people yelling, screaming and running through the halls all night. No refrigerator in room, remote to tv was very hard to push to change channels ,finally gave up. Entrance of the hotel was nice, but the hotel is not up to standard for what I paid a night. Will never stay again. I asked for a receipt for my stay they said I'd have to get it from Expedia , charges on my check card that I have no idea what they are."

"I booked for 10 days and have stayed at this hotel 15 times. Had to leave for two days to take care of mom who is sick and stay with her. But did not cancel my stay. Housekeeping came in and thru away all my groceries, my medicine which was in a box prescribed by my dr for PTSD and never asked me. They called me at 2:20pm that day and I told them I was still staying there and did not cancel my stay. Then when I asked about all my stuff that was in my room they acted like nothing was in there and they didn’t throw anything out. Costing me about $450 worth of medicine groceries and everything I had left in the room. They didn’t offer me a discount a free night or anything. I’ve stayed at that hotel 15 times in the past several years and I will never stay there again."
