"The staff was so friendly and the rooms were really close walking distance from everything we barely moved our car during our stay! The rooms could be slightly cleaner but they were very comfortable and the no A/C was no problem for us. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I was not aware that none of the amenities were gonna be open. None of the shops or restaurants or anything was open in the village the entire time of our stay. That is probably my fault for assuming and not checking. Every single thing in the village was closed other than the hotel. The reason why we went there was because we thought we were gonna be close to several things and not have to travel very far. Other than that, the room was great. Everything was very clean and well kept."

"I would stay here again. On site sauna and gym open til 10pm, gym is small but clean. They also have an on-site restaurant thats extra but breakfast was fresh and quality was excellent. One mile walk into downtown Truckee and 0.5 mile walk to nearest plaza that has a decent Thai and wine restaurant. Short 20 mins drive from Palisades if there's no traffic."

"I don't like being charged fees. Just give me the price. Period. They charge a $15 parking fee. There's no reason for a parking fee. Just add it to the price. Generally places that charge parking, internet fees, entertainment fees....I avoid. Just don't like. It is listed in the details on Expedia, so I should have read it."

"All good except our room key didn't work most of the time. They had to keep giving us new ones. We had no hot water when we went to shower. We had to wait for them to fix it. Which they did."
