"If I had a single regret in my stay here, it is the fact that I cant give a 6 Star Review. in my 60 times around the sun, I have at a myriad of accomodations across the globe. Some have definitely been 5 star, and the service and facilities have been perfect. However, what the do not have have, and what the Intercontinental Bali has an abundance of, is the Balinese Soul. When you arrive in Bali, you are acutely aware that these are some of the happiest people in the world. The same can be said of the ITC Bali. Every member of their team clearly live what they do, are proud of where they work and, importantly are an incredible representation of Bali. Every service provided by the ITC Bali team is done with patience and sincerity. Nothing is too much trouble, and Team Members like Antara in the Club Intercontinental are perfect ambassadors of not only the Hotel but the Islamd its self. You are spoilt for choice from 4 magnificent restaurants, and their are a multitude of Pools to choose from, including one Adults only. The facilities are modern but with an old world charm, and the same can be said for the rooms. Botanical gardens to walkthrough on a moonlit night coupled with the Golden Sands of the beach makes this the perfect stay to nourish the soul and ease the heart. This is my first visit and and it won't be my last. In fact I have some leave coming up in November, and no need to guess where I will be returning. May your travels lead you here one day."

"We only stayed here for 1 night before flying out from Bali. This hotel was a great!!! We loved the hotel architecture and our room was large and clean. We loved the pool and the long sandy beach that was fantastic for swimming, yet had no crowds and was peaceful (surprising considering the closeness to the airport). Swim up bar with happy hour cocktails and a very friendly/helpful barman. Very good seafood restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was OK but could have had more variety- needs a coffee machine. We would recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back for a longer stay"

"A beautiful place. The staff were amazing. The menu was extensive and delicious. Room was very comfortable. Lovely piece of the Bali that was once easily found on the Bukit, still unspoilt by massive high rise and bars. A very relaxing place to stay."

"Amazing hotel and restaurant, we LOVED it. 5+******* We are a 64 and 75 year old couple. Intreodi travelers, but this was a fantastic chill vibe. It is up on a cliff, with stunning sunsets and the private beach below is also stunning , with lots of great shells, but not really swimmable. The 3 pools are gorgeous, especially the Hidden Pool. We had an incredible large room with a private plunge pool and sea views, it really adds up to the most romantic hotel on Bali. You just never want to leave. The place is quite and beautiful. I highly recommend! Everyone was having so much fun. The bar and restaurant serves great drinks and delicious Indonesian food, and Western food. Use a hotel driver to get around though, because the roads are narrow and the nearest walkable beach is Balangang, 18 minute walk."

"Best hotel we have stayed at in Bali. The staff are attentive and so lovely. All staff were kind and friendly and great with kids. We wish we could stay longer. Only comments would be there is no playground as mentioned, and the non-alcoholic mocktails are similar and sugary. Non-alcoholic versions of classic cocktails would be nice as an option. But otherwise cannot fault the restaurants and accomodation."
