Not a great stay to finish our trip to bali. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, they helped were they could but a few pointers and honest feedback. The gym and facilities are terrible, no cold water or towels in the gym. Couldnt even buy still water from the bar, they didnt have any on 3 occasions. Breakfast is horrendous, dirty tables, cutlery, floor is full of food. very limited options, no basics like porridge, Yoghurts, cant have a coffee from the barista only jug coffee. (I understand that latte, cappuccinos are charable but its standard to be given one with your Breakfast as part of the package, first place ive stayed in bali where you dont get at least one if not all coffees) bread area is stale, i saw a kid pick up a donut and he didnt want it so a waiter put it back on the tray. Again the staff are kind and friendly but they look rushed around, poorly run. Positives - beds are clean and comfortable, the rooms are abit dated but clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at times. Laundry was good, picked up and dropped off in same day and reasonably priced. Overall i wouldnt come back to the hotel or recommend it. But thats just my opinion.

Nice but can improve
The best part was the staff members at the front desk. The ladies were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Also, the size of the room was great amd breakfast options too! The worst part was that there was no kids club open as it was under construction and they had no substitute for kids activities at all. The people cleaning the rooms didn't do a great job. The shower clearly had grime on the edges. And they wouldn't swipe the balcony floor or wipe tables either.

전반적으로 좋은 숙소임. 하루에 물을 4병 주는데 2병은 이 닦을 때 쓰라고 주는 것임. 방에 개미가 있어 룸 서비스를 요청했는데 이행되지 않아서 좀 황당했음. 그리고 제공되는 치솔은 내가 수십개국 수십개 호텔에서 받은 것 중 거의 최하의 수준으로 5성급 호텔에 어울리지 않는 것이었음. 조식은 음식 종류가 많은 편은 아니나 괜찮았고 직원들의 서비스는 매우 좋았음

We loved our hotelroom and the entrance. The staff is so nice and polite too! The breakfast was a bit dissapointing. The choice was okay but many times for example the pancakes were finished, or the bread or the croissants. Also you couldn’t get cheese by yourself but there was nobody behind the buffet to help. Scrambled egg tasted amazing! The pool was nice but the bed were quite dirty. The room is very big and everyday they cleaned it so nice and tidy. I felt very comfortable. We didnt realise the location was quite far from uluwatu so by cap it took somtimes over an hour to get there.

This property is overall okay if you plan to stay at the resort with family at the pool. Breakfast is ok. My family suite had mold in the bathroom ceiling and walls. The towels were old and stained. At least 15-30 minutes to any beach. There are two roads that you can drive to arrive at the hotel, one of the roads are in really bad shape. Nice restaurant/day club called locca near by. Did not enjoy my stay and unfortunately it was my last stop on the trip so was hoping for a nice ending.

I was stay there with my family due to my birthday son, when i arrived it was surprised as they decorated our room with the baloon which i actually didnt request, they also provided us with the fruits and macaroon upon arrival in the room, family suite are the best but we forgot to request on ground floor as the garden has an access better for kids . I stayed at the Royal Tulip resort for 6 days with my spouse and baby and we absolutely loved it. Booking this hotel was probably the best decision we made while staying in Bali, because it made life so much easier for us. We took the 2-bedroom family suite and had so much room; a dining area and kitchen with large fridge/freezer and kettle, each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, and a living room area where you could sit back and relax. The rooms here were super clean and the amenities were definitely what you’d expect from a 5-star resort and each day they’d provide us with plenty of drinking water bottles. What we loved the most was their exceptional breakfast which had so much variety including a made-to-order omelette station. The staff here are SUPER friendly and accommodating, and interacting with them was such a pleasure - especially with SRI at breakfast and the wonderful woman who oversees the play zone area for kids. They made our stay extra pleasant. We ended up liking the resort so much that one of the days we decided to just stay back and relax at the pool then get massages at the spa (which I highly recommend as well), and make a room order from their dinner menu. Their restaurant menu is also pretty good and the food is very hygienically cooked. If there was one thing I would want, it’s just to have a microwave in the family suite kitchen - other than that this hotel had everything we needed and more. Will be coming back here again for sure.

Staff was great and friendly. Super nice people. Hotel room was big and spacious. It was nice and quiet overall and always space at the pool to grab chairs and tattoos. Wish the pool was cleaned more often throughout the day as there were leaves falling in. Wish they gave shower wash/gel every time they came to clean the room. Sometimes the sheets weren’t changed daily, but instead the bed was just re-made. Some sheets had marks/stains on it. Overall it was a nice stay and the spa was amazing !

This is a nice hotel, good and central location in Jimbaran. Super friendly and helpful staff, nice, clean, large rooms. However, the food was not good. It seems they pre-make everything, keep it in heating cabinets and then serve whenever a customer orders. Every morning the food comes out with a "surface", clearly being cooked many hours before it landed on my table. Bread was so hard I gave up trying to chew it. I would give the food 1 star.

이곳은 깨끗하고 안전하고 조용해요. 호텔소개에 올려져있는 사진과 똑같아요. 직원들 숫자도 많고 모두 친절하며 경비아저씨가 항상 순찰해주세요. 방 청결, 침구 쾌적, 청소도 깔끔하게 해주시고 조식도 훌륭해서 다음에도 이곳에 오려고 해요. 특히 바베큐가 있는 저녁 뷔페는 정말 맛있었어요.

Well appointed room, beautiful pool, excellent restaurant with a large breakfast buffet with an assortment of eastern/western dishes and top notch service. Couldn’t ask for more! If you stay and need a driver, be sure to ask for Adi! He’s hilarious and knowledgeable.

This hotel is about 20 minutes from Kuta, but I tell you boy it's one of the greatest hotel. They welcome you from their bottom of their heart, they show genuine care. Breakfast is amazing, they have so many to choose from. If you dont like anything on the buffet they will make you one to your expectation. Room is so big you can play hide and seek with your partner. They have great swimming pool.

Dette hotellet anbefales. Det er ren luksus fra du kommer til resepsjonen. Rommene er mye større enn vanlige rom. Pent og fint bad. Gode store senger. Tv med gode filmer. Stor terrasse, (vi hadde utsikt mot bassenget). Renholdet er fantastisk, de satte til og med skoene pent på gulvet. Lite folk på fellesområdene da vi var der. Frokosten var utrolig bra. Mye å velge mellom, frukt, Indonesisk, eggerøre, bacon, brød og mer. God kaffe og juicer. Det er for langt å gå til stranden og andre resturanter. Det er mye trafikk på veiene rundt. vi leide scooter noe vi ikke angret på. Da tok det 4 min til Jibaran strand. Var også på Dreamland beach, ikke langt fra hotellet. Hotellet tilbyr bare buss til strand, ikke hjem. Det var litt dumt. Det kunne ha gått en buss tilbake rundt kl. 15:00. Dette var et bedre hotell enn vi forventet. Det fineste vi har vært på noen gang. Dette er luksus. God wifi.

Air conditioner not working, bad smell coming from the drain, personal excellent, there is a block in the pool area loose when i step on it, it falls and i almost broke my ankle. Very bad!! Quiet area!!

Das Hotel ist nicht sehr schön vor allem wenn man es mit anderen 5 Sterne Häusern in Bali (z.B. in Nusa Dua) vergleicht. Es ist abgelegen und weit weg vom Strand. Das Hotel hat einen Shuttle Service der aber selten fährt und wir sind noch nicht mal mitgenommen worden. Das Hotel schien leer zu sein. Für 1 Nacht ok aber ansonsten nicht schön, um 1 Woche da Urlaub zu machen. Es dauert lange, bis ein Taxi kommt da abgelegen.

Nice place!
I was here on a 8 day holiday, its a very lovely place in the mountains. When I got in, there were some small issues with the room, but they wer able to change my room with no room problem. Widi, the manager, spoke with me personally to make sure I was ok. Also, while there, I had a slight medical issue and Fani(the general manager) took great care of me by calling a doctor to resort and it was taken care of. The place is a bit far from the main areas but not difficult to get to. The breakfast was great and the staff took very good care of me. It's a nice place if you want some seclusion but not be too far from the surrounding areas. The staff is really great!

The best place we have stayed on out time travelling so far! The hotel staff are amazing everyone is friendly and there’s something special about the Food & Beverage team 🙏 I’m vegetarian and every morning and evening the chefs had made me a special meal off the menu to accommodate my dietary requirements! Putra and the whole team went out of their way to make our stay special. The simple fact that they remember your name and call you by it makes you feel like you are with friends. The hotel itself has a good room size - bigger than the average, a lovely quiet location and the pool area was beautiful. Free shuttle buses to some local attractions and not far from the airport too.

Royal Tulip Springhill resort is a wonderful place to stay for couples or family that want to stay away from the busy and noisy city center. The staff went far and beyond our expectations. They are always there and willing to accommodate our needs. We check in late at night and it went smoothly. We stayed at one of the delux rooms with a pool view and it was great. The rooms were clean, big and had all the necessities needed. Since breakfast were included, that too didn't disappoint. Great food choices and the kitchen staffs are wonderful. We highly recommend this resort and we will use them again next visit to Bali?

This is a well-run hotel. The staff are very friendly and courteous and in particular Yetti and Cok. The property is beautiful and the pool is well designed. The breakfast buffet is great with good varieties of food. We stayed for two non-consecutive nights and our impression for the second visit was even better than the first one.
