"The hotel is right on the bay, so it's has a nice ocean-front feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is important to know that the shuttle goes to the Oakland Airport. (Not their fault, but I misread that and had to make some adjustments to get to and from SFO.)"

"The Evergreen is a jewel. Small, modern, comfy and overall clean. We especially appreciated the quietness. Our bed was comfortable. They don’t offer breakfast but our room had a Nespresso machine and the lobby has one also, as well as a flavored water machine. There is also a Peet’s coffee shop right by them.
On the negative side, we did have trouble navigating to and from I think because of their location or perhaps because we aren’t familiar with the San Francisco area. The shower temperature...

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this Hilton hotel. The hotel was extremely dirty, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The rooms and common areas did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property.
The customer service was also very poor. The front desk staff was unfriendly, and the security guard was especially rude, making us feel unwelcome. The only employees who were kind and provided good service were the dining staff.
I also paid for the daily breakfast buffet, and...

We liked the included full breakfast.
Staff were very nice and service was great.
The only negative point for me is that the shower and tap water did not have enough pressure and hot water could be burning hot.

"We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."
