Everything about the hotel was superior. From the accommodations to the staff. The staff were very kind and professional. The restaurant was also very good. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and it was very enjoyable.

Apartamento bom porém quando os quartos vizinhos ligam o chuveiro começa um barulho bem alto e que incomoda bastante, mais ainda dependendo do horário que isso aconteça. Café da manhã fraco, poucas opções! Pra piorar, o atendimento da funcionária Shirley foi horrível, extremamente mal educada! Muita dificuldade de comprar qualquer coisa nas proximidades! A única coisa que tem ao lado é uma pizzaria nojenta, que me deixou dois dias no hospital com uma infecção alimentar.

Reservamos a suíte com jacuzzi para aproveitar um fim de semana diferente, mesmo morando ao lado do hotel, em João Pessoa. A equipe de recepção foi sempre simpática e prestativa, mas acumulamos contratempos que comprometeram a experiência. Logo na chegada, o quarto ainda não estava pronto e esperamos cerca de uma hora. Quando finalmente entramos, o chão estava pegajoso e as janelas opacas. O primeiro serviço de quarto foi rápido, com apresentação impecável e comida saborosa; porém, no segundo pedido, esperamos mais de uma hora e só então descobrimos que ele nem havia sido repassado à cozinha. A jacuzzi também causou dores de cabeça: no primeiro dia, a hidromassagem não ligava; no segundo, a água não esquentava. Após duas idas do técnico ao quarto, o problema foi finalmente resolvido. Como compensação, recebemos uma hora extra de estadia, gesto que agradecemos. Pontos positivos • Café da manhã ótimo e bem completo, com variedade acima da média. • Quarto espaçoso, equipado com amenities de qualidade, TV Smart e cama muito confortável. Resumindo: há bons pontos, mas diversos pequenos contratempos deixaram a experiência desagradável — como os problemas na jacuzzi, a desatenção em um dos pedidos de serviço de quarto e a espera de uma hora até que o quarto estivesse pronto.
