This is a homestay is in a gated compound complete with small park and modern stepwell. Umaid Bhavan is on hill above. The villa is a short drive to Mehrangarh fort and old city. Marwar Club on site has nice veg restaurant. A lovely place to relax after a days sightseeing

Excellent Homestay

It was an excellent Home Stay experience for us. We two families had 2 nights stay here and enjoyed the hospitality of the Owner couple who took extra care of all our needs. Though their kitchen staff had deserted them due to competition, couple made sure we have enough breakfast available. Even they met our request to provide a special item we asked for. This property is in a gated community, very nicely built in peaceful serene area. Nearby “Marwar Royal Club” is a very good option for veg. lunch/dinner which we enjoyed. I strongly recommend this place. During our next visit to Jodhpur we certainly will stay with them.

I was treated so well while staying here. They gave me information, helped with a flight. The meals were outstanding home cooked meals. I cannot say enough good things about this place! The whole family was very kind to me as well.

Nice bnb hotel

Hotel is small villa, villa owner was very courteous and affectionate, rooms are bit small but if you want to enjoy the foothills of unedited bhawan and used heritage then go for it , only issue is hot water in bathroom , rooms have got heritage touch. Main market is little bit far away.

Unusual neighborhood

Not having toilet paper was a huge negative and a super tiny impossible to take a shower bathroom was such a turnoff. But the family was lovely and I would have loved to get to know them better but we were only staying one night.

No había nadie en el hotel y nos costó un rato que vinieran a atendernos. Las habitaciones estaban sucias. No ofrecen desayuno y está lejos de cualquier sitio, restaurantes, etc. No recomendado para hacer turismo.

Quiet and Comfortable

This home stay residency was outstanding. The owners keep careful watch on this property and maintain it in top-notch condition. It is located inside of a gated community away from the noise and congestion of city, but close to all of the major attractions. The food was good, the bed was soft with high quality bedding and pillows. I would have liked to stay longer!

Quiet neighborhood. Close to Umaid palace

The staff was helpful and the location was good. I was traveling with my mom and the manager was kind enough to give us a slightly larger room located on the first floor. What was disappointing was the overall condition of the room. The toilet had issues and the room was not cleaned the next day in spite of specifically requesting to do so. Her were issues with hot water as well

Luxury home stay in Jodhpur

It was a pleasure staying at Apnayt Villa as Ashish is the consummate host. He made me feel most welcome and showed genuine concern for my comfort and well being. His staff including Raj and Ashok also felt like family. I enjoyed my included breakfasts. I also chose to dine on premises as well for dinner and really enjoyed the meals.

Perfect hotel ideally located in marvelous Jodhpur

Fantastic experience: the hotel is perfect, the staff amazing and incredibly attentive to their clients. Location is optimal - very near the palace (easily walkable), quiet, safe and new neighborhood, access to old city market and fort in less than 10 min by uber/rickshaw for about 100 rupees (i.e., $1.5 or so). Facilities are modern and clean, AC cooled rooms with comfortable beds, delicious breakfast... The hotel manager even organized our trip to Osian!

Personal and friendly in safe area

Personal and nice hotel in a protected and quiet community not far away from the palace in Jodhpur. Very nice owner. The chef Ashök was really good in cooking traditional dinner from Rajasthan and he showed us when we asked for it. Big room with A/C, TV, fresh water bottles and everything you asked for. Very much value for the money.

Nice location close to museum

It's a bed and breakfast. Hotel staff is minimal and not efficient or experienced in rapid turnaround of rooms. Our rooms were not clean, bedcover was not changed, there were dirty glasses and the kitchenette was not cleaned. Room had not been swept and there were ants in the cabinets. Dinner and breakfast were terrible - dinner was half cooked with still cold pieces of vegetables. Staff's excuse for everything was that the previous guests had just checked out the same day! Overall not a good value. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Fantastic location!

the staying in Ashish's place is wonderful. the villa is located in an elegant community, and it is quite near to the king's castle( u can ride a bike provided by Ashish to reach the castle within 15 mins). The room is comfortable and has great view to see the castle. Moreover, Ashish is a really friendly and helpful host. He not only helped us book all the train tickets in india and even drive us to the train station in an early morning. I would recommend all travelers to stay in Ashish's place, which is one of the most worthful hotel we stayed in India!

Quiet and Relaxing

It was a great to experience a residential suburb in a gated community within view of the Umaid Bawan Palace . There is a small shop in the lower level with good quality products and the host also provides accommodation if you have an early or late flight outside of the check in/out parameters, There are eight rooms, each with an en suite bath. The rooftop lounge and dining area was well appointed and the staff ready to accommodate every request. It was an enjoyable venue and a great learning experience. We would highly recommend it !

Home away from home

I had a very enjoyable stay at Apnayt Villa. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is clean, peaceful and, ideal for visiting the Umaid Palace and walking about the Umaid Heritage area. The staff will arrange a taxi for you, if needed.

enfin du calme

chambre très agréable, accueil chaleureux,excentré mais d'un calme olympien et quartier neuf à découvrir, avec des "maisons" rivalisant de gigantisme.Au pied du palace.

Es ist ein abgelegenes neues Viertel, wo sich dieses familiäre "Hotel" / Gasthaus befindet mit nettem Personal (Besitzer & Koch). Die Zimmer sind super & sauber ! Rundum eine empfe und meinerseits !

Great Value and Close to Airport

The owner was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we had in India. The hotel is located in a gated, nice, residential area with a view of the palace. The room and bathroom were small and not the cleanest, but not to the point of being unsanitary.
