The property is superbly located. It is a nice friendly guesthouse, where one feels at home. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I never even stayed in that place because there were claims that payment didn't go through, I don't know who is to blame but I emailed hotels.com explaining the issue to them

Nach all den positiven Bewertungen waren wir guter Dinge für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt zwar in einer sicheren und schönen Gegend, sieht von aussen auch nicht schlecht aus. Drinnen kam aber die Enttäuschung. Das Innere hat überhaupt keine Atmosphäre und das Schlimmste war das Frühstücksbuffet. Im Nachhinein waren wir froh bloss eine Nacht dort gebucht zu haben.

Great place and comfortable stay!
Great location near to shopping and restaurants. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a good number of choices. Fast WiFi and comfortable common/sitting areas. I wouldn't think twice about staying there again!

Convenient and comfortable
Close to brooklyn mall and waterkloof area. This area is quite safe enough to jog around in the daytime. Staffs are friendly and facilities are well-maintained.

This guest house is very pleasant and very reasonably priced; the rooms are all in good condition and always clean. This is the fourth time I have stayed and it is my preferred place to stay when I visit the Pretoria area

Excellent stay, professional check-in, quiet neighborhood, comfortable room with a good quality bed, delicious breakfast.Will defnitely recommend 314 on Clark especially to the coffee lovers. Fresh coffee all the time. We have allready made our next booking for our next business trip.

FANTASTIC PLACE. I would recommend this property to everyone.
What a wounderful friendly atmosphere. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful nothing was a problem to staff. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The rooms and surroundings were clean. Wifi was no problem. The property is VERY safe and secure. I would recommend this to anyone who is going to be in the area. I would stay here again without any problem. We loved it from the start of stay till the end.

Classy, comfortable and in great location
It is a modern well equip guest house. Rooms are modern and beds are great. Location is great with two malls very near. Classy place in upmarket environment. Good service. This is the perfect place to have as a base in Pretoria. No need to ever go near a hotel again.

Very lovely guesthouse
The staff where very friendly and the rooms big and comfy, and the overall look of the rooms and guesthouse where beautiful. Brooklyn is a nice area, just a short walk to the mall and not to far from the busy city centre, so it was ideal for a start up location for our trip. I would have liked more help with the luggage, but that is really all i can complaint about.

Med tanke på att det inte fanns något ledigt rum på hotellet så slutade natten sittandes och frysandes i ett parkeringshus. Än så länge har jag inte fått mina pengar tillbaka för bokningen men det kommer jag kräva.

Gut erreichbar vom Flughafen und ideal für eine erste Übernachtung nach dem Flug. Wir waren eine Nacht hier, W-LAN (kostenlos),Klimaanlage, modernes Bad, alles, was man braucht. Wunderschöne Anlage und schöne Gemeinschaftsbereiche, einfach draußen am Pool sitzen und entspannen. Frühstück war umfangreich und gut, freundlicher Service

Stayed for one night on a business trip. Room was very clean and luxurious but also very small. I paid for a room with a bar fridge but there was no fridge in the room. Otherwise no complaints.

Truly a home away from home!
I don't know even where to start - that is how amazing our stay was. When we got to Pretoria, we tried to book last minute the hotel that my parents love only to find out that they were unfortunately fully booked out so while my parents were pleading with the hotel to see if there were any rooms I took matters into my own hands and found the 314 on Clark Guesthouse on Expedia. My parent's were not so ecstatic about staying in a Guesthouse but I managed to convince them because we had two choices, pay for an expensive hotel or try something different and boy, were we in for a treat. We were greeted by the gregarious manager who asked us about our travels and led us to our rooms. He told us how they if we got thirsty in the middle of the night there was an honesty bar located downstairs, which I thought was cute and a bit more homely. The rooms were impeccably clean, modern and very cute. I wish my room looked like that. Next morning we woke up to an array of delicious breakfast treats and fresh juices. We sat and ate outdoors in the courtyard. It felt like you were in your own patio eating breakfast, except their patio looked like the nice ones you see in home decor magazines. As we were leaving, my parents commended the staff and vowed to never stay anywhere else, not even their favorite hotel, but the 314 on Clark Guesthouse when in Pretoria. They made true on the promise and booked 2 nights for next weekend :)

The student who looked after us Tia- was very professional. The interior of building was dark and more lights could have been switched on in the reception/ longe areas. The barking dogs in the vacinity was noisy throughout most of the night. Perhaps the owners of the dogs could be asked to control their dogs more. Thank you
